How we handle your data.

To represent you well, the Storyhouse collects the profile, preference, rate, rights, and payment information you provide through our Creator Profile Portal, plus contact details submitted through our lead-magnet downloads. We use this information for one purpose: to match you against brand briefs, negotiate deals on your behalf, and pay you accurately and on time.

We do not sell creator or lead data to third parties, and we do not share it beyond what is necessary to place and administer a deal — the brand you are matched with, the payment processor that settles your payout, and the platforms whose APIs verify your audience data.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. Where a legal or tax obligation requires us to retain certain records (for example, payment history relevant to a 1099 or FATCA/FBAR threshold), we retain only what is required and for as long as the law demands.

Applying through the Creator Profile Portal, or downloading a lead magnet, constitutes acceptance of this notice for the data collected in that flow.
